What we are looking for

We are looking for mature and committed players that enjoy steady progression in a fun, friendly atmosphere as well as casual players that enjoy the occasional dungeon run and a bit of banter in the guild chat. As a guild with both social members and raiders we are eager to raid efficiently and secure consistent progress without forgetting to have a laugh at the same time. Discord is required and we have a thriving community there of people not only playing WOW.

Currently we are looking to bolster our roster for Cataclysm. We're looking for:

About us

Grumpy Old Men (Formerly known as TNE) is a gaming community that has evolved around World of Warcraft since 2005. Starting with a close-knit group of childhood friends from Denmark, GoM has since expanded with members from all over the EU calling the guild home.

GOM is a semi-casual, PVE oriented raiding guild. As a guild with both social members and raiders we are eager to raid efficiently without forgetting to have a laugh at the same time. GOM is home to those with families, and we fully understand that real life comes first. In this guild we encourage you to have fun: this is not your second job! When it is time to get serious, however, we expect you to both focus and come prepared.

Guild goals

GOM will provide a home for any and all like-minded individuals: casual, yet a bit sweaty grumpy old men and women! Age is a state of mind, not a number! We will also seek to earn and maintain a good standing in the Mograine community. Finally, we hope to create an environment in which people can feel comfortable, have fun and enjoy the game!

At this moment we run 2 guild organized raiding teams. The first Team raids on Wednesdays and Mondays, and the 2nd Team raids on Thursday. Raid times are below. As a raiding guild we aim to clear new content as fast as possible for a "casual dad guild", 10 man content happens several times a week, but is arranged by guild members as it fits them.
